Vector artwork

Keep an original SVG, EPS, AI or vector PDF available if your designer supplied one. Use the file formats accepted by the product customiser; email us if your original cannot be uploaded.

Pixel images

Use a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPEG. Avoid screenshots or small social-media icons: enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail.

Colour & contrast

Supply your brand colour references if available. A design that looks good on white may need a light version for a dark garment.

Prepare for embroidery

Stitches have a physical width, so intricate details do not always translate directly from a screen. Tiny text, gradients and thin outlines can need adjustment. Tell us the intended logo size and position so we can assess the design in context.

Before you submit your order

  • Check all names, dates, spelling and numbers.
  • Confirm the garment colour and placement of each design.
  • Keep the original file as well as a preview showing how it should look.
  • Tell us about any background that should be removed.
  • Use artwork you have permission to reproduce.

Screen previews and fabric colours can vary. If colour matching is critical, speak to us before ordering.
